There are three components to a Documentum Upgrade:
- Back End Upgrade- This process usually takes from 3-5 weeks. This process upgrades your Docbases. Our basic Upgrade Package includes an upgrade of 2 Docbases. Unbounded Solutions upgrades your content server and does whatever customizations necessary based on your organization’s requirements.
- Front End Upgrade- Front End Document upgrades tend to be open-ended and completely dependent on your business needs and your current environment.
- Customization Upgrade- If you already have a Documentum environment, then it’s likely that you have created your own customizations. Unbounded Solutions will make sure that any customizations you’ve implemented in your current environment will also exist in your new one.
