Auditing and Reporting for SharePoint Workflows

Many companies use automated workflows in SharePoint to track and manage the status of important everyday business tasks such as budget and vacation approvals, expense reports and project feedback requests. While SharePoint generates all of the raw data you need to track your individual workflow instances, it’s difficult to manually compile all of the information in order to monitor your workflow process for efficiency and roadblocks.

With SharePoint Workflow Audit and Reporting, you get an easy-to-read graphical summary of your workflows and reports of not only your workflow usage but also demographics about instances of individual workflows. Track your workflows for trends, easily identify snags and holdups within your processes, streamline your workflow process for optimum efficiency, and filter data for close reports on exactly what’s happening in your organization. SharePoint Workflow Audit and Reporting processes the metrics of your workflows and puts it into a graphical form so you don’t have to assemble and decipher all of your raw data manually.

Fully integrated as a part of SharePoint

There’s no need to open a separate program to perform your Workflow Audit or to see your reports. SharePoint Workflow Audit and Report becomes a part of the SharePoint toolbar and is run directly from your SharePoint site. Audit and Reporting works with SharePoint so usage is not interrupted while the tool captures data.

Easily track workflow instances

Take a look at individual workflow instances to determine their status. See who started the workflow, who is participating, and the workflow’s status. Compare it to other workflow instances to determine consistency between workflows.
