If you need to print out more than one version of a document, simply select which versions you need.

One-click InfoPath Printing

Now you can print your InfoPath forms and attachments in one click! This feature is only available from Unbounded Solutions. It allows you to print an InfoPath form in a single click or select and print several at a time instead of opening each form manually.

Web Part Printing

Print your calendar web part, contact list, or any other web part on your SharePoint page! This feature is only available from Unbounded Solutions. Choose a web part from your SharePoint page, such as a calendar, a custom list, or a chart and print in a single click. Printing what you need is easy with this new feature.

Prints Item attachments without having to open them manually

Instead of going through the tedium of opening an item and then opening the attachment before printing it off, simply select the attachment and print it directly.

Incorporates SharePoint security model to prevent unauthorized users from printing documents or attachments.

SharePoint Printing Services parallels your existing security model and permissions to make sure that users can only print the items that they are authorized to access. In addition, you can select which of your users has the ability to print documents from your SharePoint organization.
