Animal Healthcare Provider

An animal healthcare provider needed an enterprise wide global Document and Compliance management system. The organization already had EMC Documentum technologies in place, but the existing environment consisted of disparate systems with virtually no integration. Each department had its own system for managing their respective business processes, but this disconnection caused a lack of consistency in business processes between different locations and departments.

Unbounded Solutions worked with the organization’s IT team to create a global Enterprise Content Management roadmap and delivery plan. The Unbounded Team also created a tool to migrate the organization’s content from the disparate eRoom implementation into the new, centralized Documentum 6.5 environment. The result was a reduced dependency on disparate systems, a singular source for controlled information, the automation of compliance requirements, and an efficient and long standing roadmap for a cohesive enterprise content management implementation.
