To be honest, working at Unbounded Solutions is a completely different experience than any other workplace we’ve ever seen. Trust us, we’ve got people who have worked everywhere from industry giants to startup businesses out of their own basements. What really makes us stand out is the fact that none of us really see a ceiling for our own potential, and neither does our executive committee. Life at Unbounded
We’re a big advocate of hiring smart people. By now you are probably saying, “Yeah, yeah. You’re an IT consulting firm, so I would hope you prefer to hire smart people.” But wait, you didn’t let us finish! We also like to hire NICE people. Why? Well, we like to have fun together when we aren’t working our butts off, so we prefer to hire people who can manage to do that with us. The sense of satisfaction we get from giving back to our community is something that makes us all hold our heads just a little bit higher. When given the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others in need, Unbounded Solutions wastes no time in doing so. Whether it involves helping children learn how to someday become expert SharePoint consultants (it’s always good to develop talent for the future) or simply contributing to food and clothing drives, we will do it with smiles on our faces. A few members of our team will even voluntarily take a day or two off to participate in charity golf tournaments. How gracious of them!
