Card Management Corporation (CMC) Unbounded Solutions initially worked with Card Management Corporation (CMC) -- which was acquired in 2009 by Fifth-Third Bank -- as the primary resource for the maintenance, administration and expansion of their enterprise Documentum implementation.

We have managed a vast array of engagements over the course of our partnership with CMC . One of our more noteworthy projects entailed serving at the forefront of analyzing and implementing an EMC Captiva-based scanning solution as an expansion to CMC’s existing Documentum implementation. This solution enabled CMC employees to scan their legacy paper documents into Documentum so that the content could then be searchable by users.

Unbounded Solutions also created a custom administration tool that allows users to easily manage and edit select data within the Documentum system, without having to solicit assitance from their internal IT department. As the preferred Documentum partner for CMC, Unbounded Solutions has stepped in a number of occasions to improve the performance and efficiency of CMC’s Documentum solution.
